That’s why we have decided to participate in the LUNG FORCE Walk. When you join the American Lung Association and LUNG FORCE, you support research innovation that will lead to early detection for all and better treatments that give everyone a fighting chance.
We will stand together for lung health and against lung cancer!
Important Information:
Note that every walker needs to be registered. The event is rain or shine!

PARKING:
VIP parking and early birds can park in the lot on Beacon Street. First come, first serve. All others will be directed to the overflow lot at the VA down the street (the entrance is off of Beacon Ave S. and will be marked). Parking is free.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Metro bus #36 stops in front of the Jefferson Community Center
Beacon Hill light rail station is 8 block north.
WALK ROUTE:
There will be a Heroes loop, for folks with lesser lung capacities but still want to join in the walk, the main loop- which is two times around the park and the running route, which is three times around the park.
WHAT IS HAPPENING THIS YEAR?
LUNG FORCE program and speeches, bigger and better VIP and Heroes tent, face painting, Heroes activity, HOPE memorial, new roving trophy award, Seattle Police K9 and Mounted Patrol and more!
NEW THIS YEAR!
Kids Zone- suggested $10 donation for bracelet that gives kiddos unlimited access to the zone (bounce house, lawn games, balloon artist).
Silent Auction- Mariner tickets, cross fit membership, duck tours and more!
