How do I access my customer account information?
Only customers can edit their saved shipping addresses and payment information - Sign in here. If you do not have a customer account but placed an order, please contact us if you need to make any changes to your orders.
How do I change my email address or password on my customer account?
Customers that need to update their email address on their account should create a whole new account - create a new account here. To reset your password, customers can use the "Forgot password?" link in the Sign In window.
Is the Lo.Co Device Bag waterproof?
The bag is water resistant and not waterproof. We are not liable for any damage that may occur while your device(s) are placed inside the Lo.Co Device Bag. It is a way to keep your phones/devices out of sight while you Take a little time to go Lo.Co™.
What are the dimensions of the Lo.Co Device Bag?
The Lo.Co Device Bag is 14” in length, 10” in width and 4” deep.
Does the Lo.Co Device Bag come in any other colors or sizes?
No. The basic color is black with the full color of Life On. Cell Off™ Corporate Logo. At this time, the Lo.Co Device Bag only comes in the one size.
How many phones fit in one Lo.Co Device Bag?
The bag could easily accommodate up to 10 standard size cell phones. Safely place each phone/device inside the Lo.Co Device Bag.
How does the Lo.Co Starter Cards/Pack work (part of the Lo.Co Starter Set)?
We really didn't want to limit or give directions on how the Lo.Co Starter Cards work. They could be used in various ways and the are just guidelines on conversation starters and kindness activities. Please feel free to share with us the fun ways/games you created to increase family and friends communication using Lo.Co Starter Cards.

Yes. We are in the process of promoting Lo.Co to the Latin Market (products and website). We currently offer the Lo.Co Starter Card Pack (Spanish Version).
How do I order wholesale?
Please contact us and info us that you are interested in selling our products or partnering with Lo.Co. We will need a copy of your official resale certificate.
